Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. We can not guarantee delivery dates but as a general guideline:

Bathroom furniture: 2 - 4 weeks
Kitchens: 3 - 4 weeks
Bedrooms: 4 - 5 weeks
Showers, taps and shower pumps: 2 - 3 days
Shower enclosures: 1 - 2 weeks

All small items such as showers, taps etc. are sent via a carrier service that will require a signature on delivery.

All large items such as bathroom furniture, kitchens, shower enclosures and bedrooms will be delivered on a pallet and will require someone to receive the goods and to be able to move the goods as we cannot guarantee that the delivery driver will be able to put the goods inside the house for you.
